Download AI Video Warlock Desktop

Whiteboard video on your box — local-first GPU via CudaRelay. The web studio still uses the remote worker; nothing breaks for browser users.

Install steps

  1. Download and run AI-Video-Warlock-Setup-*.exe. Finish the installer wizard.
  2. Python 3.10+ on PATH; install deps with pip install -r requirements-web.txt (and requirements.txt if you use the full local stack).
  3. Full local AI: start CudaRelay gpu-worker.bat so local AI listens on port 8766.
  4. Launch AI Video Warlock Desktop. It starts the local studio on port 8787 and opens /studio.

System requirements

Local GPU vs web remote worker

Desktop (local)

Electron sets local-first AI. FastAPI posts heavy jobs to CudaRelay at 127.0.0.1:8766.

Website (remote)

Browsers keep the CudaRelay remote hub path. Production VPS must not set DESKTOP_LOCAL_AI.

Same studio

Whiteboard, Kokoro TTS, animate stills, voice replace — identical UI at /studio.

FAQ

Mac or Linux desktop?

Not published yet. Only Windows. Use aivideowarlock.com in the browser elsewhere.

SmartScreen warning?

Unsigned installers may trip Windows SmartScreen. Use “More info” → “Run anyway” when you downloaded from this site.

Does desktop replace the web GPU hub?

No. Desktop prefers local AI; the live site still queues through the remote worker for browser users.
